Opening an account is simple. Click “Open account” at the top right, fill in your basic details and upload identity and address documents as instructed; once verified, you'll receive an MT5 trading account. Our client-support team is happy to help if needed.

Which products does HATC offer?

We offer three precious-metals CFDs: gold (XAU/USD), silver (XAG/USD) and the RMB kilobar (RKG/CNH), all traded on the MetaTrader 5 platform.

What is Loco London Gold (XAU/USD)?

Loco London Gold is the common term for international spot gold trading. Priced in US dollars, it offers near-24-hour two-way trading and high liquidity, and is a widely used tool for gold allocation.

How do I use the MT5 platform?

HATC uses the industry-standard MetaTrader 5 platform, available on desktop, web and mobile. We provide platform tutorials and operating guidance to help you install, log in and place orders smoothly.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Client funds are held in a designated custodial trust account, strictly segregated from the company's operating funds. For the specific deposit and withdrawal methods and process, please follow the platform guidance after opening an account, or contact our client-support team for details.

Accounts & onboarding

What is the minimum deposit to open a live trading account?

It depends on the account type: USD 100 for Mini, USD 300 for Standard, USD 1,000 for Pro and USD 5,000 for VIP.

How do the four account types differ?

All four trade the same products at the same maximum leverage (1:100); they differ only in minimum deposit and spread. The gold spread runs from 33 points on Mini to 20 points on VIP, silver from 44 to 30 points, and the RMB kilobar from 42 to 35 points.

What is the maximum leverage?

Up to 1:100 on all four account types and all three products. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, so assess it carefully.

Do you support MetaTrader 4?

No. HATC does not offer MetaTrader 4. Trading is on MetaTrader 5, alongside the HATC app and web terminal.

Can I try a demo account first?

How to apply for a demo account, and when it opens, will be announced separately. Once it is open, the "Apply for a demo account" button on this page will link straight to the application.
